Make the weekly plan once: for each child, who drops them off and who picks them up, day by day. With Insieme the plan becomes reminders, and a swap only counts for that day.

Questions
Can grandparents have their own runs?
Yes, if they join the family on Insieme with their own phone. The free plan includes two adults; from the third adult on you need Premium.
What about the holidays?
Mark the days the school is closed and those days are skipped; then the plan starts again by itself. Coming soon: your region's school calendar, with the holidays already in.
Can we share the run with other families?
Coming soon: rotas with other families, to share drop-offs and pick-ups with other parents. For now the plan is for the adults of your family.
Is it free?
Yes, the school-run plan is on the free plan.
